Meet Our Team
Hannah Croft
Owner & Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCSW
Hannah brings a steady, grounded presence to her work, shaped by years of clinical and social work experience. She's especially passionate about helping people navigate trauma, substance use, and eating disorders, with an eye for the deeper patterns behind how we cope, connect, and move through the world.

She earned her BS in Psychology from the University of North Georgia and her Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. Early on, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center, which continues to shape how she thinks about the connection between the mind and body in healing. Her background spans residential substance use treatment, Accountability Courts, nonprofit work, and group practice, all of which inform her real-world approach to care.
Hannah is trained in CBT, DBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), among other approaches. She is a Certified Trauma Professional. She has a particular heart for people in helping roles: therapists, first responders, healthcare workers, educators – anyone who spends their days caring for others.
Hannah offers in-person and telehealth care in Georgia, and telehealth in Florida.
Laura Sumner
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCSW
Laura has been consistently drawn to individuals and families whose lives have been upended by unexpected circumstances. Her work began with those navigating new medical diagnoses, supporting them as they adjusted to profound changes in their lives. She later expanded this work at Family Promise, walking alongside families experiencing homelessness and helping them regain stability during deeply uncertain times.
Across all of these experiences, Laura witnessed something powerful: the incredible resiliency of people. Even in the face of overwhelming challenges, they develop new skills, adapt and move forward- often stronger than before.
Laura is a Gainesville native and graduated from Oxford College and Emory University. Laura earned her master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker for over twenty-five years. With a clinical background and training in EMDR therapy, Laura uses a trauma-informed approach to help create connectiongs between thinking and feeling to help her clients move through stuck places and build solid future foundations.
Laura is here to support you through life's unpredictable moments. She is licensed in Georgia for face-to-face and telehealth services.
Our Approach
01
Just Show Up
Reaching out is enough. We'll take it from there. From your first call to your first session, we keep things clear and calm, because getting here shouldn't be the hardest part.
02
Grounded & Guided
Our care is rooted in proven therapy methods and shaped by clinicians who've spent years in the community. We look for what's underneath, not just what's visible.
03
A Steady Presence
We don't just work in Gainesville. We're woven into it. We're here because our community needs this kind of care, and we're not going anywhere.
04
Healing Built to Last
We're not just here to help you through a hard season. We're here to help you build something that holds when the next one comes. We measure success by resilience, not just relief.
