The Support You’re Looking For
Therapy and consultation for adolescents (12+) and adults, in person in Gainesville or online across Georgia and Florida. Here's how we can help, and exactly what it costs.

The ABCs of Therapy
A quick guide to the approaches you'll hear us mention.
01
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
A structured, practical talk therapy that helps you notice and shift the thought and behavior patterns feeding anxiety, depression, and stress. A good fit if you want concrete tools for everyday challenges.
02
DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
A skills-based approach for managing intense emotions, steadying relationships, and easing harmful patterns, built on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. Helpful when feelings run big or moods swing hard.
03
ART
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
A focused, trauma-informed therapy that uses guided eye movements to help your brain reprocess painful memories and soften their intensity. Often a shorter path through trauma, grief, anxiety, or phobias.
04
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
A therapy that helps you process traumatic or stuck memories using bilateral stimulation like eye movements, taps, or sounds. Widely used for PTSD, trauma, panic, and experiences that still weigh on daily life.
FROM OUR CLIENTS
"I began seeing Hannah about a year ago...believe it or not (I’m being very truthful), after just one ART session, I felt released from so much baggage that I had been dragging around for way too long. Hannah didn’t just psycho-babble me either. In down-to-earth, easy to understand suggestions, I was given tools to cope and better understand my trauma and how to go forward with a higher level of emotional competence."

FAQS
Have questions? We've got answers.
How do I get started?
Reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We'll be in touch within one business day to help you find the right next step and get your first session on the calendar. Reaching out is enough. We'll take it from there.
How do I pay for sessions?
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Curative, United Healthcare/Optum and Anthem, so individual therapy can often be billed to your insurance. Hannah is also directly paneled with Health Partners. Couples and romantic units counseling is self-pay at the rates above. Not sure what your plan covers? Reach out and we can help you sort it out.
What if you're not in-network with my insurance?
If we're out of network for your plan, you can still see us as a self-pay client, and we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Not sure where you land? Just ask.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We offer in-person sessions in Gainesville and telehealth across Georgia, plus telehealth for clients in Florida. We can help you choose whatever feels most comfortable and fits your schedule.
What happens in a first session?
Mostly, we get to know you! There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to share more than you're ready to. We'll talk through what brought you in, answer your questions, and start mapping out what care could look like.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, and we get that. We just ask for one business days’ 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Canceling later than that or missing a session without notice will result in a $65 fee. If something comes up, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Is what I share private?
Yes. Your privacy is central to how we work. What you share in therapy stays confidential and is protected under HIPAA, with only a few narrow exceptions required by law, like a concern about someone's immediate safety. We're always glad to walk you through exactly how your information is handled.
